Harvard China Project Website
As part of the design team at Alphabetica, I worked directly with the client to redesign the user experience of their website within the constraints of the client's CMS, Open Scholar. In my role as the UX designer, I reorganized the information architecture and designed the high fidelity wireframes.

My Process
In the first conversation with the client, I learned about what they liked and didn't like about their current website as well as branding and CMS criteria. As we discussed use case scenarios and their content plans, we realized we would need to change the information architecture of the new site.
(Above) The new sitemap combines News & Events to improve the searchability of similar content and moves Publications to the primary navigation because of its high importance to their audience. View larger sitemap.
